Once the courier collects the package and logs it into the system, you'll be able to use the tracking number to access information about your order. This process might take a few hours, and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated on the next available business day.

If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
