Deposit

A refundable deposit is arranged with us when you collect or before we post the piece, and returned once it is back with us, unchanged.

Care & damage

Normal wear is expected and never charged for. Loss, or damage beyond repair, is settled from the deposit up to the piece's retail value.

Late returns

Send the piece back on the due date. Late returns are charged at one day's rental per day, deducted from the deposit.
