How long does a made-to-order piece take? +
Most pieces are crafted within 5–7 working days before they ship. Gemstone settings and engagement rings can take 2–3 weeks — we'll confirm a timeline when you order.
Can I customise a piece or set my own stone? +
Yes. Choose a loose gemstone and book an appointment, or message us — most of our pieces can be made in gold, rose gold or silver.
Do you make engagement rings? +
We do, by appointment. Start with a stone, then design the setting together with our makers in Bali or remotely over WhatsApp.
Shipping & returns
Where do you ship? +
Free shipping across Indonesia, with international shipping available at checkout. You'll receive tracking once your piece ships.
What's your return policy? +
14-day returns on unworn, ready-made pieces. Made-to-order and personalised items are exchange-only.
Care & workshops
How do I care for my jewelry? +
Keep it dry, store it in the pouch provided, and polish gently with the cloth included. Bring any piece back for complimentary cleaning.
What happens in a workshop? +
In a half-day hands-on class you'll make a silver ring or carve a wax model — beginner-friendly, and you take home what you make. Book on our
booking page.
